For this assignment, you will write a reflective essay that identifies the types of changes that you have experienced in an organization. If you were the leader during that change, answer the following questions:

  • What type of change was made?
  • What caused you to initiate the change?
  • How did you manage the change? (Be specific and offer examples.)
  • In what way(s) did you create buy-in, or did not create buy-in?
  • If you were able to implement the change through to completion, what were the results of the change?
  • If you were given an opportunity to go back in time and redo the change, what would you do differently?

Length: 4 pages, not including the title and reference pages

References: Support your work with a minimum of four scholarly resources.

Your paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course by providing new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your paper should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards.
